Kent-Moore Porta Tool Lower Bore Sleeving Tool. This unit has been totaly rebuilt with new seals and bushings. Base plate has been ground and trued to machine. This is as close as you are going to get to a new tool. You will need to do a test bore and zero the micrometer block. Comes with everything pictured. Base tool, driver bars, 2 new cutter bits and new storage box. This tool must ship via truck or be picked up in Columbus, Indiana. Liftgate charges extra if needed. We only have one unit and this has been in our museum until recent rebuild.
