Apex Tool Company will accept returns of any tool that has not been opened or used. Items may be returned with a 10% restocking fee within 30 days. Please call 1-800-365-2233 or 812-579-5478 for a RGA (returned goods authorization) number or if you have any questions. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. All returns subject to inspection before credit is issued. Any item not deemed as new or in new condition will be returned at customer's expense.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Wire Transfers. (International Orders must be paid by Wire Transfer or PayPal).

We ship most packages within one business day. Most orders placed on the weekends will ship the first following business day. While we strive to fill all orders on a timely basis, if a product is on back-order we will contact you and advise you when it will ship,Free shipping is only for orders placed online over $500 (SOME HEAVY ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED)
