Returns

  • All returns must acquire a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) before returning.
  • All returns must be made within 30 days
  • No returns on Diagnostic Equipment and Software.
  • All tool returns must be in new unused/damaged condition. Subject to inspectiom
  • Defective items must be used in accordance with proper procedure. Abuse voids Replacement/Warranty
  • Apex Tool Company maintains the right to reject any returned item at our degression.
  • Any tool rejected for return will be returned to customer freight collect.
