Apex Tool Company will accept returns of any tool purchased in the last 30 days that has not been opened or used. All computer software/cartridges are not returnable. Items over 30 days but less than 90 may be returned with a restocking fee if not obsoleted. Please call 1-800-365-2233 or 812-579-5478 for a RGA (returned goods authorization) number or if you have any questions. All returns subject to inspection before credit is issued. Any item not deemed as new or in new condition will be returned at customers expense.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Money Orders, Wire Transfers. International Orders must be paid by Wire Transfer
Shipping
We ship most packages within one business day. Most orders placed on the weekends will ship the first following business day. While we strive to fill all orders on a timely bases, if a product is on back-order we will contact you and advise you when it will ship,Free shipping is only for orders placed online over $500 (some heavy items are excluded)
International Shipping Now Available!
We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.

7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.
