Apex Tool Company will accept returns of any tool purchased in the last 30 days that has not been opened or used. All computer software,cartridges,interfaces and diagnostic scan tools are not returnable. Items over 30 days but less than 90 may be returned with a restocking fee if not obsoleted. Please call 1-800-365-2233 or 812-579-5478 for a RGA (returned goods authorization) number or if you have any questions. All returns subject to inspection before credit is issued. Any item not deemed as new or in new condition will be returned at customers expense.
