        This aftertreatment service cleaning kit is made by Nexiq Technologies. This service kit is made to be used as part of the cleaning routine to remove particulates and soot that impede or obstruct the honeycomb filter within the front face of the Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC). This kit is easy to use, an will ensure the removal of soot and other particulate matter that builds up on the face of the DOC. While diesel particulate matter buildup can prevent regeneration of the Aftertreatment System, air cleaning the DOC reduces Aftertreatment exhaust back pressure and enables the technician to safely run a Parked Regen. Using this system requires a source of compressed air and a shop vacuum equipped with a 2.5-inch diameter hose and a dust bag to capture soot removed from the DOC. (NOT INCLUDED)
        This Aftertreatment service kit includes: 13" Aftertreatment Adapter, 6" Aftertreatment Adapter, Retaining Collar, Retaining Straps, and Blow Gun Assembly.
        This kit is compatible with all makes and models of diesel engine aftertreatment systems.
