Tools Needed: ATC6400 Universal Cylinder Liner Puller, impact wrench (optional), shop rag, anti-seize, torque wrench.

This guide is based on standard wet liner removal procedures for the ATC6400. Always follow your engine manufacturer's specifications and safety protocols.

  1. 1 Prep the Engine Bay
    Drain coolant. Remove injector, valve cover, and head bolts as needed. Clean the liner flange area. Pro Tip: Apply penetrating oil 10 mins prior to ease removal.
  2. 2 Select & Adjust Puller Feet
    The ATC6400 includes specially designed thin, adjustable puller feet. Choose the set that fits snugly under the liner flange without binding.
    Adjust height using the long support legs so the feet sit flat and centered in the bore.
