Step 1: Prep the Block
Clean block face. Inspect counterbore for cracks. Mount M52050 to block with hold-downs.
Step 2: Set Depth & Install Bit
Use micrometer block to set depth. Install PT-2000-109 bit. Align with damaged ledge.
Step 3: Bore Out Damage
Rotate slowly with drill. Remove old ledge. Vacuum debris.
Step 4: Install Repair Bushing
Insert bushing. Finish new ledge with M20159 plate.
